We do not provide any refund as our content is digital in nature, which means you will have instant download access. We always try to provide our customers with quality content. If you purchase our content, due to its digital nature, you cannot give it back, therefore we do not have any refund option. You need to understand the nature of informational products being provided here mainly in downloadable form, we do not give any refund on digital/electronic products unless the file is defective/corrupted. However, if you do have any situation that qualifies for a refund (for example if the Product File is crashed or corrupted) please contact us within 7 days of your purchase so we will process the refund for you. We will refund you the complete price of the products. Once we receive your refund request and determine that it qualifies for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved and qualify for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then contact your Bank/Credit Card Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
